Doing Time, Doing Vipassana

Tihar Jail, the notorious prison in Delhi, seems an unlikely place to hold a meditation course!  But that is exactly what the Governor, Vipin Bedi, set up with the help of Goenka, the well-known Vipassana (Mindfulness) meditation teacher.  A film to inspire meditators.
